1920's Doll & Cie Esso Service Station

Absolutely fabulous and rare prewar German Esso Service Station by Doll & Cie. This is a large piece at 16" tall to the top of the flags, 20" long, and 10" wide. It's hand painted tin and appears to be nearly complete with the exception of a missing door latch. There is paint wear, but no obvious damage or rust. There is a partial label from Doll & Cie on the base. It appears that there was lights behind the "SErvice Station sign on the front as there are light socket holes and what appears to be a battery box under the removable roof.
