All items shipped with in the continental US at a flat rate of 5% of the purchase price. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping rates will be quoted upon receipt of shipping address. All customs regulations will be followed on International shipping. Emerald City Toys accepts no responsibility for items shipped outside the US.

Emerald City Toys will refund the purchase price if an item proves to be mis-represnted. The full purchase price, less shipping, will be refiunded upon the return of the item to Emerald City Toys in the exact same condition as when it was shipped. Emerald City Toys will be the sole judge as to the condition.
