General Toy V16 Clockwork Coupe
1 in stock
General Toy of Canada produced this lightweight tin 14″ coupe in the 1930’s. This example is in near mint condition with a fully functional spiral type wind up motor. These toys are usually found in poor condition because they are constructed of very light weight material. The wheels are wood, and the original paint is excellent. The original black rubber front bumper is still in excellent condition, and there is a little wear on the decal. Buffalo Toys, a US company active in the same time period produced a very similar car with the same clockwork mechanism.
