Ideal toys produced a series of futuristic space type plastic vehicles in the 1950’s. There were small and large vehicles, and this is a small 4.25″ version. The toy is in excellent original condition with no cracks or damage to the plastic. Most of these Ideal vehicles are single color. This particular model is made of swirled multi-colored plastic that has been referred to as an “end of day” casting. That is, all of the left over material at the end of the run was blended together to create this unique look.
