Linemar was the Japanese arm of Marx Toys and produced numerous tin cars in the 60’s. This is a friction drive convertible made of tin with a driver that is made of soft rubber. I have seen Popeye, Olive, and Huckleberry Hound in similar cars. I believe this one is supposed to represent Bozo the Clown. The car is in very good condition with light wear.
