The Lionel train company produced two clockwork speedboats in the 1930’s. This example is the No. 44 Racing speedboat. It’s powered by a working clockwork motor and is made of tin. The hull and deck paint have wear as seen in the photos. There is some scattered oxidation on the surfaces, but no major damage. There is a generic clockwork key provided. The overall length is 18″.
