Music Penguin appears to have been made by Alps toys in Japan in the late 50’s to early 60’s. It is 6″ tall and has felt covered body with a metal beak and directors baton. The clockwork motor works when wound and the Penguin moves the baton and his beak and makes a noise. The felt covering has a few spots on it as seen in the photos. The colorful original box is included and is in good condition.
