This is a great, and quite scarce lithographed tin clockwork motorcycle produce in the UK by Mettoy in the 1930’s. The toy is original and complete, and is in remarkable cosmetic condition. The litho is still clear and bright, and there is no rust or major damage, just light play wear. The clown’s head is hand painted tin and show some paint loss. The clockwork motor appears complete, and wants to run when , but seems to need some repair or adjustment. the motorcycle is 7.25″ long.
