This toy was produced by Lehmann in Germany in the early part of the 1900’s. It’s made of light weight tin and has a working clockwork motor that propels the cycle while the rider jerks the steering back and forth. The toy is 4.5″ long and 5″ tall and has some hand painting and some lithography for the finish. It is in excellent condition with no major damage or rust. Lehmann produced clever, light weight tin toys and this is a wonderful example of a survivor.
